Trev Baker suffered a life changing spinal injury on New Year’s Eve 1999, and suffered a broken neck which left him paralysed with limited movement. He relies on a powerchair for mobility and Carers for basic needs.

Trev lives independently in Retford, Nottinghamshire.

Trev is a sports coach for children with disabilities, he is a keen traveller with a passion for outdoor pursuits, he has a degree in humanistic counselling and has written two books about his life and recovery.

Trev is a motivational speaker and talks about overcoming adversity, dealing with limitations, barriers, challenges and obstacles he has overcome whilst traveling, doing outdoor pursuits and rebuilding a life against all odds.

Trev’s unique style to story telling is mixed with drama and humour to help people overcome their own obstacles and barriers.
